Culinary Council Meeting Update for Friday, April 21st

Last Friday's meeting was great! Many of you stopped by to chat with us and we gathered productive feedback and suggestions.

What was discussed and or suggested and its solution:

1. Having Dates out daily.

We will be putting dates at the seasoning station.

2. Clam Chowder is too thin; make thicker.

The recipe will be reviewed and modified to produce a thick New England type chowder.

3. Lack of fruit (berries especially) at lunch and dinner.

4. Rice Milk.

We looked into getting Rice Dream but our supplier does not carry it. We are looking into other alternatives for nut/soy/rice milk.

5. Dislike of the Balsamic Dessert Cups.

We are in process of taking off the menu.

6. More plain gluten free bagels versus raisin bagels

Our employees will be more vigilant and keep up with supply and demand for plain gluten free bagels.

7. Multiple Water stations

We do have multiple water stations. We have water next to the ice cream machine and there is water available from the soda machine as well!
