Last Meeting of the Semester

Thanks to all who stopped by our last Student Culinary Council Meeting of the semester!

Here's what we discussed:

Chick Peas out more often at the Mediterranean Bar

Can adjust Mediterranean Bar Menu so chickpeas are out more often.

More vegan blueberry "stuff" (i.e. more blueberry scones, waffles and pancakes)

Will update menus to include more blueberry items vs chocolate chip.

Bring back the coconut yogurt

We are unsure at this time which brand this was but will look into finding it for Fall 2017 semester.

Teriyaki Tofu at the Mediterranean Bar

We will look into see if this flavor fits into one of the Mediterranean Bar or feature it a Harmony for next semester.

Dislike of current Red Barn Hours, wishes for it to be open late like it used to be.

We will conduct research to see if there will be enough guests to make having the Red Barn open late feasible.
